How do I contact customer service?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Is there no COD / POD (Cash On Delivery / Pay On Delivery) available?
COD / POD is unavailable due to the current covid-19 situation.
Do you ship to even remote locations in India?
Yes, we do ship to all major and even remote locations in India. Please contact us in case you feel that your pin code / location falls in a remote location and may not be covered by any leading courier company.
However, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).
Do you have any Installation Service?
We can connect you to 3rd party installation agencies in major metros and cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa, Jaipur, Pune, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Kolkatta. However, this is subject to restrictions in each zone and guidelines as per the state norms.

How long does it take to get my order?
Since all heavy and bulky products are dispatched via road / surface courier option, Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to a major city address and up to 21 business days for delivery to a remote location address. Note that for some pin code locations, shipping may take longer than estimated. Read our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
What happens if my order is not delivered even after 30 days?
If more than 30 days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 9872648433 to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from imfitindia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items will be followed up by IMFIT and a replacement / refund will be provided based on client's request.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the Order Tracking section of our website. You can also email us and we'll be happy to provide tracking information.
My order arrived incomplete and damaged?
Take a deep breath. Do not worry. Tell us what you ordered and your order number in an email to email@example.com / Whatsapp on 9872648433 and we’ll help you out.
In case of damaged products, please share the images or video of the damaged product on our Whatsapp number 9872648433 and we shall provide the replacement.
For missing parts, again share the parts that have not arrived on our Whatsapp number 9872648433 and we shall provide the missing parts.
