All heavyweight items weighing above 5 kgs are packed in wooden crates to avoid damage during the transit. Your item would be sent by courier companies like Blue Dart, Fedex, Gati, DTDC, Delhivery etc.
Since the fitness equipment is heavy and bulky, they can be sent only by surface. Items would be delivered to you within 2 weeks of dispatch. In the case of North East cities, it takes 3 weeks for delivery. Sometimes due to force majeure/law and order problems, there may be delays.
In case the item is not dispatched then we would call and update you. Based on your decision we will process the order. And in case the item is in transit then our team would coordinate with courier company daily and keep you updated by daily phone call/WhatsApp Messages.
